Software Support

We have very up-to-date software to meet most needs. As do most printers, we primarily use Mac's and Mac software, as well as some PC software.

Customer supplied files must be compatible with our programs to ensure no printing delays.

 

Below is a list of our programs that must be compatible with your files.

MAC SOFTWARE:

Adobe Creative Suites Products: Illustrator - InDesign - Photoshop
QuarkXPress

PC SOFTWARE:

Microsoft Office Products: Publisher - Word - Excel - Powerpoint

Generic PDF, EPS, and JPEG files are also usually best to use.

Many of our vendors require EPS files (converted to curves).


Did You Know...

A computer monitor displays RGB (red, green, and blue) colors, whereas printing presses use the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) process. To avoid a color shift in printing, design your file in CMYK or convert your RGB file to CMYK before submitting it.
