In the end we are here for a short time and then must leave...like passengers we book a series of experiences,
 live thru them and  like the wind dissappear to mingle with our Fate and  Destiny among the stars.

all of us have a Cosmic Aspect to our Being..Few of us adventure to find it...but let us

 

narrow our perspective  to the Greek Island of Paros,

in particular the location of the Stavros Sanctuary

Stauros is located on the Island of Paros, in the Aegean Sea, belonging to Greece. It is one of a group of Islands

Now about Stavros....

It is a Sanctuary with a large Farm House and land hosting a variety of Olive Trees , Almonds, Figs, Grapes and other plants that locally inhabit the Aegean Islands such as Thyme, Rosemary, Sage.


in the spring and fall there are many wildflowers blooming..delightful breezes and blue skies, night skies full of stars and the milky way.

It goes without saying that the area is beautiful, private, and ideal for artistically minded or contemplative  people. There is fresh air, quiet during the evening, Beautiful Sunrises over Naxo's Mountains,
many paths for long walks, and private beaches for bathing.. Stavros is agricultural in
atmosphere, but not far removed from the villages and the exciting  night and day life of Paros.

consists of 11 rooms each with a separate bath and most with a means to cook,and store food, as well as sleeping facilities

The current state due to vandalism and robbery is in need of furniture to once again make Stavros civilized and comfortable..

the well, containing wonderful mountain water needs to be fixed 

But even though Stavros is not up to how I and my wife envision it to become, we are hoping

that as the future unfolds  to change the conditions that we were so criminally left with.
