Lula Lake and Falls is perhaps Lookout Mountain's best kept secret. I had vacationed in Chattanooga a couple of times and never had heard of it until late in 2004, as many of the locals are not familiar with it either. This is not a national or a state park, so if you want to visit, check their website to see when it will be open to the public.

Do you see the 9 people down below.

It is very easy to get this far for most people. It requires walking about half a mile on a flat gravel path that used to be railroad track. However, even though it is only 1/10th of a mile to the bottom of the waterfall, it is a very steep walk down the side of a cliff to get here. If you want to see it, I would recommend you allow three hours as a minimum.
