Sign of Sealing / Circle of Power

This spell would allow for several different ways to cast, each doing slightly different things for cast/cast at target/cast at self.

First, unfocused would effectively seal off that room for the duration of the circle from movement and would not allow certain spell effects to continue on past this "barrier" i.e. cast open implosion and not worry about any idiots stumbling in on it, limitation to this effect would be the only way to move past this version of the spell and bypass the "barrier" would be a hidden roll (Level vs. Level, TD vs. CS, etc.).

Second, casting at a target effectively removes the target’s ability to move from that spot and could possibly impose a slight DS penalty as such, and could also limit attacks themselves if not all together removing them (my preference would be to have the focused version remove their ability to attack at a high enough end roll).

Third, self cast allows the caster to create a protective barrier around them for a time that would only allow for a bonus to DS, maybe TD, so long as they do not move out of the area (stay in one spot get bonuses / move and lose them).  It could also give slight bonuses to some stats or skills.... this is just a basic idea of the spell if anyone wants feel free to further the idea.
