Intercooler. "A device for cooling air between heating stages"
After a less than wonderful experience with Balance shaft removal on the engine rebuild. A second tear down was required. Long story short the stub shaft fell out of the oil pump Idler gear, allowing it to mill its own clearance in the aluminium case, pumping aluminium into the engine.
While the engine was out . Found radiator core support rotted apart and had to reconstruct. Simple square tube,bar stock, and sheet.
SO..."Time for a front mount intercooler" 
All piping is constructed out of 2" Copper water pipe (yes water pipe like
apartment building supply lines) 
Also a great time to mount and wire the new Hella Fog lamps, and replacment oil cooler.
