The SO-239 cap is made from solid delrin and is counter sunk for the nut usually on top. It seals in the threads as well as making a seal against the body of the mount. Totally water tight 1-1/4 inches in diameter for an easy grip. You can take off the antenna for a car wash and not worry about shorting out your connection. |
