Charles L. Lamar
Charles L. Lamar is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He served as a JAG Corps lawyer in the U.S. Navy. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Kentucky, including the Kentucky Supreme Court, as well as the U. S. Tax Court and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Ninth Circuits. Charles Lamar brings more than 36 years experience, much of it as a partner with the firm
of Lovett and Lamar, to better serve his clients. He is a member and past president of the Daviess County Bar Association, a member of the Kentucky Bar Association where he served on the Elder Law Committee, and a member and past president of the Owensboro Estate Planning Council. Charles Lamar has written and lectured to attorneys and other professionals on various banking and creditor law topics. He holds the AV or highest rating of the nationally recognized legal directory for attorneys in the United States.
Clifton A. Boswell
Clifton A. Boswell is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky, and a graduate of Daviess County High School. He received his BA degree from the University of Kentucky and was awarded the Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is admitted to practice in all Kentucky state courts and concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, family law, real estate, wills, civil litigation and criminal law. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Daviess County Bar Association where he serves as Treasurer.
