28. Clarissa4 Cave (Thomas3, William2, Robert1) was born in Orange Co, VA about 1798. Clarissa died 1878 in Macoupin Co, IL, at 80 years of age. Her body was interred in Old Union Cemetery, Macoupin Co, IL.

She married Richard Rice in Green Co, KY, August 9, 1816. Richard was born in Rockingham Co, VA April 30, 1795. Richard died November 1856 in Macoupin Co, IL, at 61 years of age.

child + 113 vii. Jemima R. Rice was born about 1832.

child 114 viii. John H. Rice was born in IL about 1836. John died 1871 in IL, at 35 years of age.

child 115 ix. Richard Rice was born in IL about 1839. Richard died 1851 in IL, at 12 years of age.

child 116 x. Clarissa Rice was born in IL about 1841.
