He married Malinda Frances Coyle in Taylor Co, KY, March 16, 1854.

child 324 v. Emmet B. Cave was born August 6, 1867. Emmet died December 19, 1918 at 51 years of age. He married Dora E. Monts June 13, 1889.

child 325 vi. Martin Luther Cave was born April 19, 1873.
