You may register for classes by clicking on the thumbnail picture below to view and print the online registration form. Please complete the top portion of the form, as well as the Class/Level and Day/Time sections at the bottom. Sign and date the form and mail to:

Studio Policies 2006-2007

  • $50 Registration Fee per student ($100 max per family)
  • $25 Registration fee for MLC and Babybugs
  • Tuition is collected via auto draft on the first of each month or by post-dated checks for the year.
  • Invoices and tuition box are in the lobby.
  • Tuition is due for all classes until a drop card is filled out and given to office staff.
  • Costume fee is $60 per class due by November 1st.
    Tumblebug costume is $30. No refunds given after December 1st.
  • Costumes WILL NOT be ordered for students who have not paid by Nov. 1st. There IS an ADDITIONAL charge for all costumes needing to be ordered late.
  • Hair should be neatly pulled away from face for all classes.
  • Buns should be worn for all ballet classes (except Pre Ballet).
  • No jewelry, please. Please keep all valuables at home.
  • All dance bags and clothes stay in dressing room.
  • Please call the studio if your child will be absent.
  • We ask that the older students wear cover ups when leaving studio.
  • We ask that parents please be prompt in picking up child after their class.

    • The studio has lockers that can be rented for $50/year.
    You provide your own lock.
