I’m exhausted; emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I no longer have the strength to update this site as I had planned.
This morning I went to court for “missing” the appointment to take a blood test.
My ex-attorney, John Albert had done a good job of gaining control of the proceedings and the facts, and he reported that during the depositions there were many revelations favorable to me. To mention just a few; they admitted that the man was sitting in the office when I was in there, that there was a camera in the office that would have captured everything, but it has not been used for 2 years, and that the man who took Stephin out of the car said that he did not help the ladies outside, because they did not need any help, that I was not aggressive toward them, and that he was not concerned for his safety because of me; that he is much bigger and could have taken care of me himself.
The most disgusting revelation this morning was that the State Attorney is trying to back door me into jail/prison. He tried to set me up by scheduling Fannie and me to be at his office at the same time so that he could send me to jail for breaking Jude Davision’s no-contact order. It just happened that I was late on one day and early on the other.
He still told the court that I did and/or did not show when I did or not, because I was trying to contact Fannie. Makes no since to me, but he asked the court to lock me up for this too.
After the depositions, he knows that I am not guilty of the trumped-up charges, but he is still trying to send me to jail.
Why?
Is it because I am not white, or is it because he, like the police is conspiring with Country Club Day Care Center and the Department of Children and Families? If so, how much is he being paid, and by whom?
Mr. Albert withdrew this morning, because we only contracted to go up to the court and he did go further than we had contracted for, because we were hoping that I would be able to find some money and retain them to represent me for the trail. I did not and now I am without. Man, they did a great job. I sure wish I could have retained them for this phase.
What this means is that even though The State knows that I have not committed the charged crimes, I will be going to prison for 5 years and/or dying. Now I understand why Lady Justice is blindfolded and carries a scale; the person with the most money is right – Justice.

Of course, I can’t tell Stephin, without The State raping him of his mother and sister too, but I can say to the rest of the world that I love my Stephin, and I would normally wish for God to take care of him, but now I have to question if God, like the rest of America, is a lie.
