Court 12/12/01

Well we finally went to court, and started the trial process, and now I have some understanding of what is happening. Rae Weir and the Department of Children and Families have called upon the Court to take my child from me and to take Fannie’s children from her. Fannie and I have been scheduled for court on the 9^th of January, but there will be 2 different trials.

Rae Weir plans to use Fannie and Punkin’s testimony to take Stephen from me, and then to turn around and use the fact that they took him from me to prove that she is not fit and take her kids form her.

Again today, Fannie did not show and the State lied and presented to the court that it is because Fannie is afraid of me. They stated that she has moved out of the area and gotten an unlisted number, and that the State has been out of contact with her for only a few weeks. Actually, Fannie has been gone for months. Word has it that she is afraid of the State taking her children and hates Rae Weir with a passion. Apparently, Fannie figured out what was going on some time ago, and did the only thing that a poor black mother in America can do to protect and keep her kids; hide, not from me, but from the State and the Court. May the State never find them!

If I were her, I would keep a very low profile, because they are sure to punish her in any way they can, now. I would not ever come to Brevard County, because I am sure that Rae Weir’s detectives are waiting for her. I wouldn’t be surprised if my phone is or gets bugged.

It’s a shame that the State has created criminals.

The majority of the State’s case is the alleged incident at Country Club Day Care Center and Rae Weir’s dependence on hearsay (mostly Punkin’s) to seek the Court’s aid in destroying our family.

I tried to get my belief that Rae Weir is doing this because of the Tutor Time vagina-licking incident, but the judge would not let the story in, because it didn’t happen at Country Club Day Care Center.

An interesting thing happened; Rae Weir and the policeman said that they perceived that I felt that the staff of Country Club Day Care Center attacked me. I don’t know if that is good or bad. Otherwise, the policeman essentially told the truth, and that was comforting and at the same time terrifying, and Rae Weir lied as usual.

It should have been obvious to any objective mind that Maria Santiago and Marilyn Sue Williams of Country Club Day Care Center were lying. Each of them stated before that I jumped over the desk and punched Marilyn Sue Williams, but today Marilyn Sue Williams after stating that I went around the desk, stated that I leaned over the desk and punched her on the right side of her head, and poor Maria Santiago was so shook up that she couldn’t give a proper testimony, because she has hart problems and on and on.
