Police Office J.P. Sargeant arrested me for 3rd degree, felony, child abuse, but refused to tell me why he was arresting me for child abuse when I asked him why.
Police Officer J.P. Sargeant violated my civil liberty and committed a hate crime against me by falsely arresting me for a crime that he knew that I did not do, and conspiring with Rae Weir to destroy me and my family
How is this for justice? Fannie went to my lawyer to get them to call her to testify for me and they told her that it did not matter who called her. So they let the State Attorney hound her for weeks, threaten to put her in jail, come within minutes of doing so when she was a bit late for their hearing. Now, the Stat Attorney is hiding her testimony, because she did not say what they wanted to hear.
So what they have done in effect is to take away my right to have Fannie testify, because the State Attorney did not file her deposition and my public defender (Roshawn Banks) says that it was not a deposition. She said that the opposing attorney conducts depositions. I informed him that the State Attorney is the opposing attorney, but she insists the it was not a deposition and she has no access to it.
She also said that she cannot call any character witnesses. I am charged with hurting Stephin, but he does not get to testify. The man (owner I believe, of Children's Country Club Day Care Center) was sitting in the office when the alleged long drawn out fight between me and the 2 ladies was supposed to have happened, but he will not be called by either side to testify. The ladies lied under oath in the last hearing under Judge Lisa Davisoin, but no body seems to me interested in that testimony.
My public defender is only calling one witness, and that witness was not present at the time of the alleged fight. Some defense.
Why are all the participants not being called? Why are we going to let the self-contradictory lies of the 2 women be the only evidence presented to send a man to prison for 5 years or maybe to death?
Either the court is badly licking in its ability to come anywhere near justice, or there is a broad conspiracy here in Brevard County by the >Department of Children and Families, Children's Country Club Day Care Center, the Police, the State Attorney's Office, the Public Defender's Office, and the Court.
America is not the noble and just society that it professes to be. It is still a racist rat hole that still uses it blacks and poor as lab rats in medical experiments as in the Tuskegee syphilis experiments where America gave black men the sickness and let them die from it so that it could study the effects of the sickness.

me against the trumped up charges created in conspiracy by
the Florida
Department of Children and Families (Rae Weir), the Police (Police Officer
J.P. Sargeant), and Children’s Country Club day care center (Marilyn Sue
Williams of Melbourne, Maria E. Santiago of Indian Harbor Beach, Frederick
William Schmid of Satellite Beach, Eric Michael Dutt of Melbourne, and
Luis De Leon Jr. of Melbourne),
because being
a part of the system, they have to protect
the police (who executed a hate
crime against me, my family, and the black people of Florida),
the department
of children and families (who also performed hate crimes against me, my
family, and the black people of Florida by fooling Fannie and me into thinking
that she was going to help us and destroying our family, stripping
my used-to-be son of his father, conspiring with the police and the day
care center, lying to the court to have me imprisoned, and requesting
of the court the authority to dope the kids),
the day care center (who abused my then son and physically
attacked me and him when I tried to remove my child from their abusive
environment -- I think because they had recently lost a lawsuit for breaking
a child's face by throwing him against a wall),
and the court, Judge Lisa
Davidsion, (who summarily disbanded my family and stripped me of my
property except for those personal items that I could remove on a 30 minute,
police supervised, trip to the house to do so, and forever barring me from my
used-to-be son).
The public
defender’s office may be in conspiracy with the State Attorney (Parker)
to back door me into prison for a crime that he,
the state attorney, knows that I did not commit, so that they can protect the
police, the department of children and families, the abusive child care center,
and the courts.
She asked about having Stephin testify, and when I assured her
that he is strong and confident enough to do so, she said that she would not
use him after I told her that I had not seen him for more than a year. She
stated to me that I punched the lady. She then asked about Fannie's number and
address after having already stating that she will not use Fannie, because
Fannie was not at the day care center.
But yet, she refuses to call the parties who were there or any character witnesses like my best friend who has not seen or heard of me hitting anybody or fighting anyone doing the past 18 years that he has know me, the current situation not withstanding. You figure.
Does anybody in the the State of Florida care about these gross abuses of authority. No, because the State of Florida uses the Police, the Department of Children and Families, and the Courts to violate the civil rights of its black citizenry and to systematically perpetrate hate crimes against them to keep them enslaved.
And we wonder why there are hundreds of organizations of Americans trying to destroy America.
Yes, I know that publishing this is committing legal suicide, but I am already a dead man walking. So be it.
