Sir:
In reply to the letter by Secretary Kathleen A. Kearney on January 14, 2002:
1) The Department does not “conduct business according to the Florida Statutes regarding the protection of children.”
2) The Department, The Courts, and The State conduct business according to Florida Statutes regarding the enslavement of the American Black/Nigger.
3) She stated that she requested an additional review of my case. That is a lie. I know it, you know it, and the world knows it.
All anybody has to do is ask Fannie what has happened. She will tell you that Rae Weir of the Department of Children and Families forced her (by threatening to take her children) to stand by silently and fooled her into thinking that she could not say anything, as Rae Weir dragged me into court before a narrow minded and racist judge (Lisa Davison), and stripped away my son, my home, my possessions, and my constitutional right to the pursuit of happiness. And, they stripped away Stephin’s right to have a loving father without even given him due process.
I was a classic slave trade.
All of my life I have been discriminated against, treated unjustly by most departments of the government, and degraded by most white people with whom I came into contact. I was taught that these degradations were because of racism in America. I now understand that the reason blacks/niggers are treated the way they are is not racism, but slavery.
This is what Justice Clarence Thomas alluded to when he mentioned high tech lynching.
The institution of slavery is alive and well in America. The “Justice” system and the Department of Children and Families are the modern slave owners’ wipes, and you and all other white people who hide behind the unjust practices of the “justice” system are the modern save owners.
Please don’t be affined by my aforementioned realization. Despite the fact that we are still a nation of slave owners, I am still asking you to do something to right the grave injustices my family and me are undergoing.
And, we (the world) need to know that the reason the American prisons are full of black/nigger men is not because they are bad, but because the systematic entrapment of the black/nigger male into “the system” is the core tool used by American slave owners to destroy black/nigger families, remove the man, and enslave the people.
