Surreal Trial
Today, December 15, 2001, I
received a letter from Robert R. Morin, Jr., District 7 Administrator, Florida
Department of Children & Families, 400 W. Robinson Street, Suite S1129,
Orlando, FL 32301-1782. It was dated December 10, 2001, which is the day that
we went to court, but the Department of Children & Families’ witnesses and
Fannie did not show. The judge made it clear to me in October that if I did not
show on the 10th, she would declare my son the state’s property, but
when they did not show on the 10, she rescheduled for the 12th.
Justice? Fannie did not show on the 12, either, so the judge extended until the
9th of January 2002. Justice?
Mr. Robinson states that
Governor Bush asked him to look into the matter and respond to me on the
Governor’s behalf. He then proceeds to tell me that the Department of Children
& Families does not have any authority over the court system or law
enforcement. Duh!!! I did not ask the
Department of Children & Families to oversee the court system or law enforcement.
I asked Governor Bush to do something about the Department of Children and
Families abusing their Gestapo powers and destroying my family, and
taking my son’s father away from him, because the father tried to remove him
from an abusive environment (Country Club Day Care Center).
He then accuses me of
domestic violence. Since when does a father allegedly fighting at a day care
center constitute Domestic Violence?
The fact that the Department
of Children & Families has been given the letter that I wrote to Governor
Bush explains why the trail was so surreal. Rae Wier and the police now have
access to my web site and they are doing whatever they have to, to cover up Rae
Wire’s abusive, and more then likely, illegal behavior.
Governor Bush’s assignment of
the Department of Children & Families to police the Department of Children
& Families, indicates that he either does not care, or is absolutely
clueless about what the Department of Children and Families is doing. Either
way he is totally irresponsible to the citizenry.
