Travesty of Justice

The function of the Department of Children and Families is to prosecute and incarcerate children.

They are not trying to protect Stephin, but are acting as judge, jury, and executioner to punish him for what happened at Tutor Time Child Care Center.

Rae Weir has declared Stephin guilty of sexual misconduct and she is going through this protection charade to get the court to sign off on her verdict, so that she can legitimize her actions of judge, jury, and executioner.

The court is a coconspirator in this travesty. It knows that the State (Rae Weir) does NOT represent Stephin, but is prosecuting him. It lets the State present a case against the mother, the father, and the child, knowing that the State (Rae Weir) is prosecuting the child and has divided to conquer the mother and the father, and that the mother and father have not had, and do not have any legal representation, notwithstanding the fact that the court perfunctorily appointed a public defendant to each of them when it was too late to do anything about what the State (Rae Weir) had done, because the State (Rae Weir) already had months and a supporting force of civil servants (police, etc.) to compile its fabrication.

Rae Weir had Stephin incarcerated by placing him in County Club Child Care Center, so that when I tried to pick him up to take him to his mother, the staff (prison guards of Country Club Child Care Center), 3 men and 3 women, assaulted Stephin and me. They literally pulled me out of my car and they went into my car to remove Stephin as they held me and twisted my leg, and went into my pocket.

The State (Rae Weir) is exploiting the public's fear of child abuse, to punish children under the pretense of protecting them. This is why she works so closely with the police and can tell them to arrest someone for whatever charges that suits her need; no evidence needed.

Our children do not live in a democracy, but a police state.

Rae Weir had me arrested and falsely charged so that I would be in jail or prison and not able to protect Stephin, his mother, or myself.

The Department of Children and Families is a Travesty of Justice, and our legislators really need to do something to curve its tyrannical powers, and the courts need to stop conspiring with the State to prosecute children without due process.
