September 13, 2002 He came back and whispered to her and gave her a large file. She called me over and said that she will now make the copy of the deposition. She came back, gave me the copy and some other pages that were on her desk, and wrote an invoice for the copy job. She also let me look at the large file and it did not register at the time, but later, I realized that Fannie's deposition was not in it. The other 3 were. Later when I looked at the copy that I paid for, it was not a copy of Fannie's deposition, but a copy of the policeman's. Why was Fannie's deposition not in the file, and why did she give me the wrong copy when I handed her the letter stating what deposition I wanted? I don't want to believe that this is another part of the government coverup. What do you think? September 16, 2002 September 17, 2002
I went to the Clerk of Court's office and handed her the letter displayed below, and told her that I wanted a copy of Fannie Cooks' deposition. She researched her computer for a few minutes. While she was doing so it seemed that she was having problems understanding something on the screen. She then made a note, excused herself and went to the rows of files. She came back with a man and told me that he would have to go up to see if he can find the file and that she would be able to give me the copies if the file was there.
Today, I went back to the Clerk of Court's office and they sold me the copies of Fannie's deposition, but they said that I will have to wait maybe 2 weeks to get the money back for the difference in size of the 2 depositions. The other one was 64 pages and Fannie's is 37 pages.
I'll post it as soon as I get it scanned into the computer. Thanks for waiting.
Well, here it is. Except, page 36 was missing. So that's another dollar the Clerk of Court owes me. Stay tuned.
Page 36 was missing.

I went back today to get page 36. The same lady, who gave me the copy of the wrong deposition Friday, said that there was no page 36. Then she looked through the file again and found a document numbered 36 on the bottom, made a copy of it and gave it to me. I looked at the document and saw that it was not from the deposition and explained this to her, but she insisted that it was the document. I asked to speak to her supervisor.
Her supervisor came out with the file and started barking at me that the page was the right one. I explained that it was page 36, but not page 36 of the deposition as I had requested. She then opened one of the other depositions found page 36 and barked that it was there. I showed her that she was in the wrong deposition. Then she repeated the act through another wrong deposition. I informed her that she was barking at me. Her reply was to threaten to bark at me. She finally found page 35 and 37 of Fannie's deposition and stated that page 36 was not in the file, and that I would have to call the court reporter.
I left to go to the bank.
I went back to the Clerk of Court's office just before 5:30. When the lady at the counter called me up, I ask to speak to her supervisor's supervisor. She make a phone call, and asked the other lady if he (the supervisor's supervisor) was still in. She told me that she talked to his voice mail. A couple minutes later her supervisor (the same lady who had barked at me) came out and said that they called the court reporter and that page 36 was not in the file. I asked to speak with her supervisor.
Twenty minutes later, she came back with some man who explained that they had called the court reporter and she said that page 36 was not filed, because they were waiting for Fannie to sign it. I told him that I wanted to file a formal complaint against the lady behind the counter (I think her name is Gail) who gave me copies of the wrong deposition Friday and tried to force the wrong page 36 on me today, and her supervisor (I think her name is Pat) who tried to force 3 different wrong page 36's on me today as she barked at me and threatened to bark at me. He blew me off. I asked for my dollar back since I had paid for page 36 and had not received it. You would think that out of the 3 of them, one would have offered. He gave me a dollar bill that was in really bad condition. When I asked if he had a better bill he acted shocked and refused to change it.
I again asked if he would do anything about the supervisor barking at me. Again he blew me off, and as she tried to defend herself, he signaled her to relax and not worry about me, or whatever I was saying. I felt that I was being treated like a nigger.
And we wonder why niggers go crazy in America.
