Chappaquiddick

This is very lovely, enchanting little garden on
Chappy that catches your eye as you drive along the very narrow road
that cuts through the island. It has much natural growth as well as
cultivated flowers offset with a Japanese style bridge. It is very
serene.

The Seagulls feed on the small shellfish that wash up into
the sounds in and around the little "island". It is easy food.

| The Chappaquiddick Beach Club is across the harbor from the Edgartown light house. Chappy is an island except for a very small stretch of sand called Norton Point that connects it to MV. Chappaquiddick Island is a small place with very few year round people. A two car ferry carries people and cars across the Edgartown Harbor every 15 minutes. You have a great view of the Edgartown Light House from Chappy. |
