Center of town, Menemsha Post Office. It has a porch with
rocking chairs and is the place for conversation as well as picking up
your mail. Note the tiny boxes still in use after so many years. It is a
great sight to visit. Gives you a feeling of the "small town
friendliness".

This is Nashaquitsa Pond which runs into Menemsha Pond and
then into the Vineyard Sound as viewed along side South Road. You turn
the corner and go around the curve and it is in front of you, it takes you
by surprise and it seems it never photographs the way you see it.
