Time to do the
installation of the trunk aluminum pieces. Lot's of
drilling, but everything fit nice & easy. |
 |
In order to clean
up some of the wiring in the engine compartment, I bought some
plastic boxes from Radio Shack and put the Fuel Pump Relay and
Starter Relay inside them. From the front of the car, you
can't see the mess of wires inside. |
 |
|
This is how the
engine looks with everything connected and tied into place. |

|
With the rear
cockpit wall in place, I trial fit the transmission cover.
A little adjustment was needed, but nothing to difficult |
 |
 |
Finally figured
out the turn signal and hazard circuit. Once all the bulb
ends were tested, I installed the Steering Wheel.
With all the
wiring done, time to get ready to close it up. |

|
Now that I'm
getting close to putting the body on, I'm starting to think
about what color to paint it. Here's the latest color
that's on my short list. |

|
Just a couple
issues to sort out before taking the car out for a spin.
There is a small fuel leak coming from the front injectors, and
need to make some adjustments to the rear brakes.
Next month, the
body should be installed and on to the finishing work. |
