I saw this strip in Sunday's (01-01-06) comic section. Just a quick glance and it was easy to tell who the male character is supposed to represent. Not only the little brother in the strip, but also everyone's "favorite" talking GI Joe, Duke. His uniform is unmistakable, right down to the gloves.
