| A horrific experiment in cybernetics by Dr. Mindbender. It is thought that Overkill was once a badly injured Cobra soldier who was "volunteered" for Dr. Mindbender's research. Overkill was planned to be the ultimate in a fusion of man and machine. Unfortunately, Overkill is a staggering abomination, existing in a near constant state of agony. Currently not a dangerous threat. |

| My Comments: The 12" Overkill is a bit lame. Not much help for him. Maybe I can eventually get him an upgrade! |
