STORM SHADOW NAME: Thomas Arishkage Primary Specialty: Assassin Storm Shadow had previously infiltrated COBRA and became a high ranking member, acting as Cobra Commander's bodyguard. Upon finding that Zartan, a Cobra espinage operative, was the one who had murdered Storm Shadow's uncle, he killed Zartan and left Cobra. He had worked for GI Joe for many years on occasion at the request of his friend Snake Eyes. Storm Shadow had disappeared from his mountain retreat 18 months ago and has been recently seen in the company of known Cobra operatives. He was responsible for the release of GI Joe prisoner Blackout. The extent of Storm Shadow's involvement within Cobra is unknown at this time. He is to be considered extremely dangerous. My Comments: I originally created Storm Shadow as a GI Joe, but decide to finally have him join Cobra. Basic plan - infiltrated Cobra, killed Zartan (12" version is lame), left Cobra, Cobra Commander wanted him back, attacked, brainwashed intensively, working again for Cobra.
