Team member code name: Blackout was in charge of three new recruits acting in a supporting role during a mission against COBRA forces. When COBRA forces broke through, Blackout abandoned his charges to the assault by seasoned COBRA soldiers. Three recruits lost their lives due to his incompetence and cowardice. Blackout is currently in custody awaiting trial.
