The purpose of this web page is to provide a link to Georgia writers who are (in my opinion) accomplished writers. Artists who have devoted more time and effort to some other art form will not be included, the belief being that by including everybody who has published a book the deserving writer is short-changed. In order to qualify for this listing, a writer (of at least three published books) must be either a recognized writer of the state of Georgia (by choice or otherwise), or was living in Georgia during the time his or her books were published.
