If there was any tiny sliver of control of the USA by the authority of the Constitution left... the above story would be met with outrage, extreme anger and immediate action in Congress and by Federal Prosecutors.

The most private of information that supposedly no legal system in the country can access without court order and that only with criminal activity presented as evidence beforehand, is just taken from anyone and sold?

This is America? No this is Amerika. Marxism is a tool of the Banking Cartel but it is an effective tool.

Have no doubt ... our bureaucracy, our politicians, our intelligence organization, substantively at least with apology to those who are trying to hold onto the last shreds of our founding documents... most police forces ... and almost all of the media are infected with moles placed and guided. This is what you can buy with trillions printed out of thin air.

So why the tone of... almost complicity... resignation? Where IS that outrage? The scary fact is that this is the tip of the NSA's means and abilities I suspect. Our country is literally on life support.

....as all history informs us, there has been in every State & Kingdom a constant kind of warfare between the governing & governed: the one striving to obtain more for its support, and the other to pay less. And this has alone occasioned great convulsions, actual civil wars, ending either in dethroning of the Princes, or enslaving of the people. Generally indeed the ruling power carries its point, the revenues of princes constantly increasing, and we see that they are never satisfied, but always in want of more. The more the people are discontented with the oppression of taxes; the greater need the prince has of money to distribute among his partisans and pay the troops that are to suppress all resistance, and enable him to plunder at pleasure. There is scarce a king in a hundred who would not, if he could, follow the example of Pharaoh, get first all the peoples money, then all their lands, and then make them and their children servants for ever ...
