McCaw, Jr., of the State & District aforesaid have granted, bargained, sold & sealed unto
Wm. McCaw all that plantation or tract of land whereon he now lives containing by a late survey two hundred and eleven acres, it being a part of a tract of land whereon he now lives, originally granted to Wm. Collins the 20th day of July 1772 by his excellency Charles Guille Montague the Governor & Commander in Chief in & over the State of South Carolina to part which I convey now beginning at Dyes Creek on the lower line & running NE 90 to a black Oak stump, then N 90 E to an ash on the meeting house branch, then up the branch its various courses to a sweet gum on the upper line, then N 70 W 19.30 to a stake on Matthew Harbisons land, then S 50 W 54.30 to a white oak on the Green Pond Branch it various courses to the beginning course. Together with all the singular rights members(??)
. & Appurtenances to the premises belonging or in any wise incident or appointing to having hold all singular the premises before mentioned of two hundred - eleven acres be the same . . Unto the ..
