Meem and Lucy Meem in fee simple, to be equally divided between them, share alike, my one undivided sixth interest and estate in the following named two pieces of real estate in said Georgetown: Viz: in the house and lot on Green Street used by my said sisters as a family home and which they now reside and in the house and lot on Bank Alley, belonging to the heirs at law of my father, the late John Meem, and which two pieces of real estate are more particularly set forth and described in the deed of conveyance made by my brother James G. Meem, to my said sisters on the 13th of February 1874, and recorded in Liber No. 739, Folio 255 .. of the Land Records of said District.

              Third: I give and devise to my said two sisters Elizabeth J. Meem and Lucy Meem in trust for my two children M. Gilbert Meem and Harry G. Meem in fee simple all the rest and residue of my estate, real and personal of every kind and description, including my house and lot on Green Street which was conveyed to me by Margaret Meem and others, by deed dated the 19th of December 1867, and recorded in Liber E.E.E No. 26, Folio 359, one of the Land Records of the District, to be equally divided between said two children, share and share alike, when the youngest of said two children arrives at the age of twenty one, and upon the death of either one of the said children, before arriving at the said age of twenty one, the share of such one so dying shall vest in and become the share and estate of the survivor of said children, and upon the death of both of my said two children before arriving at said age of twenty one years, then the whole of their estate so devised to them as before said shall vest in and become the estate of my said two sisters Elizabeth J. Meem and Lucy Meem, in fee simple, to be equally divided between them, share and share alike.
