Ten Reasons Exams Suck
By Footey10. they don't test whether or not you actually learned in the class 9. one word....essay 8. 8:00 am exams are not conductive to the learning experience/process 7. no one can study, cause they are too busy playing on the computer 6. too much information at one time, can cause brain tumors in lab rats 5. our teachers probably couldn't make a b on their own exams, without looking at the key 4. two words....sleep deprivation 3. essay exams are merely a ploy by the university to make revenue from the sale of blue books 2. 95-98% of the information on the exam will never be used in the real word...please note that the remaining 2-5% is constituted by writing your name and s.s. # 1. we are compelled to look at our books after the exam, only to see that we got half the questions wrong....this is compounded by the fact that days later we remember another question we think we missed and we still have access to the book, since they would not buy it back...we are forced to wait until our grades arrive to see whether we bombed bad enough to ruin our GPA. |
