Soak the beans in water overnite. Drain the water and add three cups of fresh water, add cilantro. Bring it to a boil and then simmer at low temperature. In a cooking pot, put the olive oil, onions, garlic and bell pepper , saute it. Add ham, chorizo and morcilla (cut in bite size pieces),bay leave, ground black pepper and wine, saute for few minutes and set aside. Add the ham-sausages mixture with the potatoes to the simmering beans. Bring it to boil, stir well and finish cooking at low temperature until beans are done to your taste.Muy Buen Provecho.. Beat all the ingredient in the mixing bowl until blended. Pour the mix into the caramel-lined mold, and set mold in a deep saucepan. Pour boiling water around the outside of the mold. Bring to the simmer on top of the stove,for one 1/2 hours. Custard is done when it begin to shrink from the sides of the mold. A little circle in the center of the Flan remain creamy. Remove mold from water, let cool, then chill for 3 to 4 hours.This One Is Awesome!!

In a Cooking bowl put the cake mix, sour cream, oil, sugar and eggs, mix well. In a large Savarin, smear the bottom and sides of the pan with butter, add half of the above mix and sprinkle the mix of cinnamon and brown sugar, then add the rest of the mix. Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes.

In a fried pan, put the olive oil with the pork meat and the pork shop, cook them until done, add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and cook until well done, then add the mixture to the boiled black beans and simmer them with low temperature until beans are soft.
