King James Translation: “And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.”

Interlinear Translation: “And when they were come to the place called a Skull there they crucified him, and the malefactors the one on the right and one on the left.”

Strong’s Concordance Translation: AND WHEN THEY WERE COME TO THE PLACE WHICH IS CALLED CALVARY = a skull, cranium. THERE THEY CRUCIFIED HIM = to impale on the cross, figuratively to extinguish, passion or selfishness. MALFACTORS, ON THE RIGHT AND ONE ON THE LEFT = a wrongdoer, criminal, evildoer.
