King James Translation: “And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying. This is my body, which is given for you; this do in remembrance of me. Likewise also the cup after supper, saying. This cup is the new testament in my blood which is shed for you.”

Interlinear Translation: “And having taken a loaf, having given thanks he broke, and gave to them, saying. This is body my, which for you is given: this do in the of me remembrance. In like manner also the after having supped, saying. This cup is the new covenant in my blood.”

Strong’s Concordance Translation: “AND HE TOOK BREAD = a loaf as raised up. AND GAVE THANKS = to be grateful, to express gratitude, to say grace at a meal. AND BRAKE IT = to break bread. AND GAVE TUNO THEM = bestow, deliver up, grant, minister, yield. SAYING THIS IS MY BODY = the body as a sound whole, bodily. WHICH IS GIVEN FOR YOU = adventure, bestow, bring forth, commit, deliver, grant, offer, suffer, take, yield. THIS DO IN REMEMBRANCE OF ME = recollection, call to mind, chew up. LIKEWISE ALSO THE CUP AFTER SUPPER = in the same way, even so, likewise, after the same manner, in like manner. SAYING THIS CUP = a drinking vessel, a cupful, figuratively a lot or fate. IS THE NEW TESTAMENT IN MY BLOOD = bloodshed, kindred. WHICH IS SHED FOR YOU = to pour forth, figuratively to bestow, shed forth, spill.
