King James Translation: “And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us, and, That God hath visited his people.”

Interlinear Translation: “And seized fear all, and they glorified God, saying, A Prophet great has risen up amongst us; and Has visited God his people.”

Strong’s Concordance Translation: “AND THERE CAME A FEAR = to be put in fear, alarm or fright, be afraid exceedingly, terror. ON ALL = all union, absolutely all, everyone, every one, whole. AND THEY GLORIFIED GOD = to render or esteem glorious, full of glory, honour, magnify. SAYING = lay forth, relate in words usually in systematically or set discourse. THAT A GREAT = big, exceeding great, greatest, large, mighty, strong. PROPHET = front show shine, a foreteller, inspired speaker, a poet. IS RISEN UP = collecting ones faculties, to waken, rouse from inactivity, obscurity, ruins, nonexistence, take up. AMONG US = fixed position in place, time, state or instrumentality medially or constructively, a relation of rest. AND THAT GOD HATH VISITED = inspect, i.e. select, by extension to go to see, relieve, look out, direction peer. HIS PEOPLE = self, his own.
