Key Verse: Ecclesiastes 5:10:

King James Translation: “He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance with increase this is also vanity.”

Interlinear Translation: “He who loves silver not will be satisfied with silver, and he who loves riches not with gain? Also this is vanity.

Strong’s Concordance Translation: “HE THAT LOVETH = to have affection for, loved, like.

SILVER = by implication money, price, silver lining. SHALL NOT BE SATISIFIED WITH

SILVER = to sate, i.e. not filled to satisfaction, not have enough, not have plenty of, not be     satiated. NOR HE THAT LOVETH ABUNDANCE = a noise, tumult, crowd, disquietude, wealth, company, multitude, rumbling, sounding, store, tumult. WITH INCREASE = income, i.e. produce, or figuratively fruit, gain, revenue. THIS IS ALSO VANITY = emptiness, figuratively something transitory and unsatisfactory.
