PLEASE READ BEFORE EMAILING!
While I do not generally mind answering questions concerning my web page or freeware programs, please take time to fully explain your question or comment being as specific as possible. On many occasions I have gotten message like "My scanner won't work. Can you help me?". That was the complete message. Immediately questions come to mind like what kind scanner are we discussing, and exactly what is the problem.
Also, please include your name. I would like to know who I am addressing.
If you asking a question about one of the freeware programs, please read the web page first. While I know the page my not answer all questions, the question you have may have already been addressed.
The whole point of this is, if you expect me to take time to answer a message, please take the time to send me a message that I can at least understand what it is about.
If you are asking about Louisiana scanning information, most of the information I have is published on this site. If you did not find it here, then I most likely don't have it.
