Notify, in writing when possible, teacher of any dismissal changes by 2:00.

Please follow traffic pattern during dismissal to ensure the safety of all children and teachers.

During dismissal, be respectful of teachers’ time and responsibility to the children by :

• Arriving promptly
• Moving away from students and teachers when conversing with other parents
• Minding your children once you’ve taken them from their classes

Please be respectful of the teachers’ responsibility to all students by scheduling a conference to address concerns that can’t be handled through kidmail.

Allow your child to walk independently into the school with Safety Patrol.

Please help your child unpack his/her backpack, folder, and lunchbox at the end of each day.

Please instill healthy eating habits early by choosing snack and lunch items wisely.

When volunteering on school grounds, please go to and leave directly from the room in which you are so generously donating your time without stopping in your child’s classroom.
