Why to take Pilates?

 

 

 

Pilates is a safe, no impact exercise routine that stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups in a logical sequence without neglecting the smaller, weaker muscles. It can be customized for the individual requirements of any body.

 

 

An exercise routine that can give you a firmer, flatter stomach, improve your posture, provide you with more energy, and maybe even make you taller. It is an exercise routine that does not involve mindless jumping around to loud, thumping music, in order to achieve the benefits of greater muscle tone. It provides you with stretching benefits of yoga classes and strengthening of a gym routine. Also it provides you with the control, balance, and strength of a competitive athlete, without a steamy sweat session.

 

The method has been used in the Dance and Sports worlds as and has been recognized as one of the best ways to prevent injuries and being in a good shape at the same time.
