First I want to thank Shan
Shiver, Shandown Kennel, for entrusting us with "the
boys".
Jordan was one of those boxers
that wiggle so much that you're not sure
which end will get to you first. Anytime someone came in he would always
grab a toy to show them. A clown who never met a stranger, he had an excellent
temperament, always a lover. He was content to be in your lap and could
be a bit pushy when it came to getting your attention.
Although we had shown Roxi
some, Jordan was the first dog we had in the ring on a regular basis with
a handler. He was bred once to our Roxi which produced a litter of
six beautiful babies.
Jordan brought us much love
and laughter during his eight short years with us. One night in January
2004 he became ill and sadly we lost him the next day to what was determined
to be hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Sometimes I still look at his favorite
spot on the sofa expecting Mr. Wiggles to be there laying on his back.
