I should of finish welding the sides before putting the two together, would of been easier in the long run.

Using plywood I drew outline of frame and used wooden blocks to hold tubing in place for welding. This jig was used to make the left and right side |

| After tack welding right and left side, started to
place cross tubes in place.

Added the rudder frame in the back, still need to bend the front tubing . |
| basic frame is built at this point, it took approx 2 weeks of part time welding and cutting to get to this point. | |
