I attended St. Leo University where I graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education. I have taught 3rd grade for two years. Prior to teaching at Ft. My Teaching Philosophy
I believe that children are the future and that they will have a major impact not only on the sucess of their own lives but on society as a whole and without a quality educational experience a child can not grow spiritually or intellectually. As a teacher it is my responsibility and obligation to stay knowledgeable, flexible, and open-minded to meet the changing individual educational needs of each and every one of my students.
My Background
I was born in New York and lived there until the end of my 7th grade year. I moved to Ocala to live with my grandparents and attended Lake Weir Middle school. I then moved on to Lake Weir High School until my 10th grade year then finsihed my high school career at St. Johns Lutheran School.
