Miracles never cease!  The boat has finally been righted.  That's right, it now is sitting in it's intended position.  I had a couple of friends come over after work last Friday to help flip it over.  I was actually easier than I had anticipated.  Once we got the semantics worked out, it only took about 10 minutes to actually turn her over.  I prepared for this momentous occasion by supporting the hull on some jackstands and then proceeded to remove the jig from underneath it.  I left (and strapped) one mold on the hull to help hold its shaped during the rollover.

I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

Time spent, approximately 3 hours.
