| 1. | Install VoyagerInvAdminModule.mdb program file on a computer with Voyager client installed running a current version of the Reports.mdb. | ||||
| 2. | Upgrade the VoyagerInvAdminModule.mdb. | ||||
| a. | In the folder where you placed the downloaded VoyagerInvAdminModule.mdb place a copy of your currently working version of the Reports.mdb file. | ||||
| b. | Open the Reports.mdb. | ||||
| c. | From the File menu under Get External Data select Import, this will being up the Import Dialog window. | ||||
| d. | From the Import dialog window click on the VoyagerInvAdminModule.mdb file to highlight, then click the Import button. This will open the Import Objects dialog window. | ||||
| e. | From the Import Objects dialog window do the following: | ||||
| 1. | Click the Queries tab, then click Select All on the right side. | ||||
| 2. | Click the Forms tab, then click on Inventory Admin to select. | ||||
| 3. | Click the Reports tab, then click Select All on the right side. | ||||
| 4. | Click the Macros tab, then click Select All on the right side. | ||||
| 5. | Click the OK button | ||||
| f. | From the Tools menu select Startup... | ||||
| g. | In the Startup dialog window do the following: | ||||
| 1. | In the Applications Title box type Voyager Inventory Admin Module | ||||
| 2. | In the Display Form/Page drop-down list select Inventory Admin | ||||
| 3. | In the Application Icon box type books04.bmp | ||||
| 4. | All other options can be left as they are | ||||
| 5. | Click the OK button | ||||
| h. | From the File menu select Exit | ||||
| i. | Right-click on the Reports.mdb file and select Rename. Rename the file InventoryAdmin.mdb. | ||||
| j. | Open the new InventoryAdmin.mdb file and test to see if its working by running one of the reports. | ||||
