Travel Mailer benefits:

Security
Because you are sending emails directly to their destinations, your local ISP or email administrator will not have access to your messages anymore. Basically, email administrators have access (if they want and you let them) to all your emails traveling through their SMTP servers. When you use Travel Mailer, Travel Mailer becomes your own SMTP server, working on your own machine. By using Travel Mailer there is added security: less people may see your messages because they will be delivered directly from your machine to the intended recipient(s) servers.

Mobility
No restrictions for receiving or sending emails from any place in the world.

No Time Outs with Email Buffering
Even if you are not connected to the Internet, Travel Mailer will buffer all your outgoing emails. You just continue to work sending emails at anytime, without waiting for a live connection. Your email client (Outlook, Incredimail, Eudora, etc.) will work thinking there is a live connection to the Internet. No time outs. No error messages. Later, as soon as you get connected, Travel Mailer will start to send all buffered emails in the background and retrieving any pending emails.

Size
Travel Mailer is small program. You need less than 5MB to make it work. It runs minimized, as a service, being configured as soon as it is started. It is always accessible as an icon in the System Tray.

POP3 Replication
Travel Mailer will silently replicate your POP3 accounts. It will retrieve them in the background from all accounts. It will do it in the way your email client is configured on an account per account basis, storing, saving and/or deleting emails as requested by your client.

Minimal Configuration
No need to setup several SMTP configurations depending on your location, Travel Mailer is almost fully auto configurable. You will not need to do anything except entering your POP3 and SMTP accounts and changing to "localhost" both for SMTP and POP3 servers in your client software.

Mass Mailer?
Travel Mailer is not a mass mailer. It is both SMTP and POP3 server. The difference with traditional servers is that Travel Mailer also acts as a client, retrieving and sending emails automatically in the backgrond. You could say it is an active server.

Time Saver
All said, Travel Mailer will not only help you organize your email messages but also will save your time.
