Socka yarn, 60 stitches on 2.5mm dpns. I used the "extra" stitches as additional spacer stitches between the front and back pair of knots. For ribbing I extended the unattached sections of the knots and inserted a pair of knit stitches in between using the same increase method as the knots.

I enjoyed the first pair of Viking knot socks so much, I immediately started this pair. Again I combined a left-facing and a right-facing knot. I recommend that you learn to cable without a cable needle since you're only crossing 2 over 2 for each cable.
