Stealth

Reviewer: Anastasia

Love fast objects and on the edge of your seat action, planes and science fiction? Then this movie is for you provided you are not expecting a reality packed movie, because it is science fiction not the modern reality based television show. Unlike Star Wars and Lord of the Rings, we do not know what to expect from this movie when we walk into the theater and, in my opinion, for a science fiction action flick, Stealth is ahead of the game with exceptional special effects, graphics and dogfight scenes and more than honorable mention to war related moral conflicts and the humanity, both good and evil, that creates them. I believe the purpose of this movie was to give us food for thought regarding the very war against terrorism we are currently involved fighting. While sections of the plot were transparent, the ending was an interesting and almost unexpected turn of events. While many may walk away dissecting Stealth for its plausibility or realism, one thing we need to remember is that often, today's science fiction is tomorrow's reality and not ignore the moral implications of this movie in today’s society. Please look for a continuation of this review in a couple of weeks, because I want to discuss various points made in this movie after it has been in wide release for a couple of weeks in order to avoid ruining the movie experience for others.
