Locals Train for Davis-Bacon

A training seminar on the application of the Davis-Bacon Act was held in Jacksonville, Florida in January. Training was provided by the Director of Davis-Bacon for the iron Workers International Union, Tex Edge. The two day training will aid the Locals in aplying enforcement requirements and gathering data for future surveys within their jursdictions.
