Late January 2001 Newsletter Article

Our Neighborhood Social Committee (many thanks to Dana Wineski!) has suggested having the First Annual, Let’s Have Some Fun, Children’s Bienville Place Mardi Gras Parade. The children will be able to ride their bikes or scooters, pull a decorated wagon, or roller blade along the parade route. The date has been set for Saturday, February 24th and we hope to have a great turnout.

Please complete the registration form and mail it or place it in the basket at Marianne Powers’ house (2602 Calai Circle). We have a cut-off date of Friday, February 16th to be notified if you want to be a member of this soon to be historic affair.
