A number of people expressed interest in obtaining land within Bienville Place where a park could be created. We plan to approach the owner of the vacant lot at the corner of Cabildo Place and Dijon Avenue to determine the price. The Board does not recommend purchasing this land until we have sorted through the dues collection issues and are fiscally sound.
