Scorpio:

With the new moon in your sign you’re in a stronger position to call your shots. The universe gives you cosmic permission to make your issues a priority. Feel free to take control, take on leadership positions and take initiative. You’ve been observing from afar for the last several weeks and now it’s time to put your observations to work. On a career level, expect to be challenged on a regular basis. Others are just as eager to take the spotlight as you are so share the stage.

During the course of the full moon phase be open to what others bring to the table. You’ll be vastly more productive if you allow yourself to join forces with other peoples’ talents. Two heads are definitely better than one in this instance.

Sagittarius:

It is rare that you folks will take a back seat to anyone or anything, but this is one of those times when the exception is the rule. You’ll be surprised at how much you can learn strictly through observation. Maintain a lower profile so you can devote your energy to listening to those intense inner voices. They will be persistent and won’t readily take “no” for an answer. Take time out for seclusion and contemplation. Perhaps getting yourself to a body of water will help.

Welcome the perspective of others as we approach the full moon phase. This is a grand time for seeking out advice, especially from experts in fields outside your own. Don’t limit yourself to just one opinion. Get at least two to three before making decisions.

Capricorn:

Involve yourself in projects that require group participation. Be open to the ingenuity that others have to offer. Seek out time for hanging with close friends as well as colleagues. There are mutual interests and needs that can be met. If you’re an early Capricorn, you’ll find that pacing yourself will be mandatory over the next couple of months. Expect roadblocks to test your determination or the wisdom of your direction. Shortcuts will not work and will only create greater delays.

Be prepared to perform juggling acts during the full moon phase. Hear out the ideas of co-workers and employees. They probably have technical information worthy of consideration.

Aquarius:

Be prepared for some heated debates between you and your superiors. This may be one of those times when you need to choose your battles carefully, and don’t expect others to back down easily. They are apt to be just as fixed in their beliefs as you are in yours. Maintain your objectivity even if those you encounter play by different rules. If you need to blow off steam, you have plenty of open-minded allies willing to listen. Take time out for playfulness and celebration during the full moon phase. You deserve a break.

Pisces:

Set your sites on places distant from your current geographical domain. The farther you reach, the better off you’ll be. If travel isn’t in the picture, then at the very least maintain contact with those far away, especially if they happen to be near water. You’ll probably feel hungry for knowledge as well as understanding. You could learn a lot by talking about different cultures and mores. Give co-workers credit for their creativity as well as enthusiasm. Guard against getting too scattered during the course of the full moon phase. There’s no harm in juggling a little bit – just keep it within reason.

Aries:

You folks know what it’s like to plant new seeds, because that is your job. New challenges are often welcome. However, there are times when it’s equally important to clear the decks, to let go of what has worn out its welcome. So don’t be surprised if closure is necessitated in the weeks to come. This will ultimately pave the way for whole new beginnings. Make a point of putting thoughts on paper as the full moon approaches. Pay close attention to information that crosses your path. It’s there for a reason.

Taurus:

When in doubt, defer to others. Put partnerships or collaborative efforts first and foremost on your agenda. Listen to insightful observations that are offered freely and openly, or that you solicit. Enter into contracts or focus on legalities. Don’t be shocked if your late-night energy seems to trump all other hours of the day. Take a long look at your financial affairs during the course of the full moon. This is a great time to pay attention to economic forecasts and plans.

Gemini:

Pay attention to your health. Don’t brush things under the carpet because you’re afraid of what you might find. You are better off knowing the truth so you can deal with your issues more effectively. Ask questions and do your research. Be discreet when it comes to your relationship with co-workers. They may prefer to keep their private lives private. Expect a surge of energy during the full moon phase and welcome the opportunity for healthy variety.

Cancer:

Do you remember what it was like to be a child? If not, it’s about time you reverted to your childhood. Pursue what you define as fun and get as much playfulness out of your system as you can possibly muster. Flirt to your heart’s content and invite friends over for a celebration. There’s no need for there to be a reason, other than just plain living. So enjoy being the host. As the full moon approaches, you’ll need to change your tune. This will be the time to crawl back into your crab-like shell for rest and rejuvenation.

Leo:

Family life will likely dominate for the time being. This may take the form of welcoming them into your home or at the very least being involved in the happenings of parents. Don’t be surprised if you feel the urge to nest. This is a short-lived cycle so there’s no need to worry about your fans forgetting about you. In fact, by the time the full moon rolls around, you’ll be back out on the social circuit with more invitations than you know what to do with.

Virgo:

Get your ideas down on paper. There are so many projects that you have fingers in right now, that you absolutely must keep a good set of notes. It can’t hurt to keep a back up too, preferably off-site. Research may dominate your thoughts. And you might find that you have to do your fair share of digging before stumbling on the precise data you’re looking for. The full moon phase is ideal for presenting your findings to your bosses. Just remember to be versatile and let them draw their own conclusions.

Libra:

Probe your financial picture. This is no time to be nonchalant when it comes to reviewing statements. Go over everything with a fine-tooth comb and don’t be shy about challenging things that look suspicious. Be conscientious about keeping private information private. Utilize the full moon cycle for keeping in touch with those at a distance from you. From a business standpoint, this is a fine time to focus on marketing.
