Creative / Senior Designer
Professionally designed, managed and coordinated graphic and marketing projects from
concept through completion of numerous residential developer and
builder projects. Worked closely with clients, account executives, and
service providers to conceive and deliver consistent, brand specific
design solutions within budget and deadlines. Researched and informed
clients of legal issues relating to project demands, offer alternative
solutions to meet code restrictions, and ensure proper branding of each
project. Created sales and marketing presentations while maintaining a
uniform direction among various media design elements. Project-managed
the design and production, quote/bid, and administrative functions of
multiple, simultaneous projects.
